A team is up looking at the setting up of a BPM class for mid May 2012 in Jakarta.

Business process management (BPM) is a holistic management approach[1] focused on aligning all aspects of an organization with the wants and needs of clients. It promotes business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology. BPM attempts to improve processes continuously. It can therefore be described as a "process optimization process." It is argued that BPM enables organizations to be more efficient, more effective and more capable of change than a functionally focused, traditional hierarchical management approach.

If we look at BPM in totality below diagram provide a good summary :

Particularly since the 1980s, businesses have been bombarded with various methods of business process improvement and quality management, including Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Lean, Business Process Management (BPM), etc. And now we are presented with “Advanced BPM (ABPM)”, “Outside-In” and “Customer Expectation Management (CEM)”.

AdvancedTechpac with APPCOR of Singapore is planning the first CCSK class to be conducted in Jakarta.

Trainer will be Mr Wiliam Ho,(BCCE,CBCP,CISA,VCP etc) a 22 years old IT professional whom has a passion to be a guru on Disaster Recovery, Virtualization, Cloud Technology and security.

The course is a full day training class meant for preparing aspiring students whom wish to pass their CCSK examinations leading to the title of CCSK. A full day class, a token will be given at end of class for students to take the CCSK at their own timing.
